At Ada & Paris, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, festive periods, product launches, or other high-demand periods, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping/courier partner.

The estimated delivery time is generally:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 4–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Ada & Paris may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers. The applicable shipping charges or offers will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide you with a tracking number or tracking link through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the order has been handed over to the courier.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • House/Flat number

  • Street/Area

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Valid mobile number

Ada & Paris will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to us.

If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or otherwise fails to receive the shipment, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned order needs to be shipped again.

7. Delayed Shipments

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Natural events

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Address-related issues

  • Remote-area delivery

  • High order volumes

  • Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information to investigate the issue.

9. Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant supporting information.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Ada & Paris ships within India only, unless otherwise stated on our website.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or through the applicable shipping information.
